Known Issues

Agent Watch can only queue tasks in Forte Agent that are available to the Agent user at the time of queuing. For example, if the Task Manager is currently open/selected, then Agent Watch can not queue any tasks relating to header retrieval, as they are not available. For this reason, it is important what window you leave open (and what is selected) in Agent, when configuring Agent Watch to queue tasks that relate to selections.

The method that Agent Watch uses to queue tasks involves 'tricking' Forte Agent into thinking that you are working in Forte Agent, even if you are working in another application. This can sometimes result in some slightly odd visual effects, i.e. Forte Agent restoring and later minimising itself (if it was minimised when Agent Watch started queuing tasks), or Forte Agent looking as if you are working in it, when you are working in another application.
