+ Add support for Mozilla Thunderbird.

+ It is now possible to configure New Mail to work with other mail clients, using an ini file.

o Improved the accuracy of the pause time between flashes.

- The location of New Mail is now determined correctly, irrespective of the way that New Mail is started.

- The use of spaces (under certain conditions) in the New Mail path and/or filename no longer causes problems.
